Whether you pop in for a cuppa occasionally, or become part of the furniture… we love you, and we want to celebrate what an awesome human being you are.

I hear you. “No I'm not… not me.” And there it is. The dreaded Head Voice. All negative. All dismissive. And quite frankly… it’s like pulling the plug on our energy tanks. The quickest way to drain our battery is to have a full-blown conversation with the Head Voice.

Some names we have for it:

And yet… We would never dream of saying these things to our best friend. In fact, if another human spent even a minute in our mind, let alone a whole day… We’d probably worry about being locked up 😅

The answer we’ve been searching for all along is tucked right inside our own treasure chest.

✨ What would I say to my best friend? ✨

Within seconds, we drop from our Head Voice… into our Heart Voice. And right there we have everything we need to be our own superhero.

Life is just one long conversation.

And occasionally… we talk to others.

We invite you to spend more time in conversation with your Heart Voice than your Head Voice.
